All sales are final. I will only accepted returns if item received are not the same item as described in auction or buy-it-now listing. Buyer must contact me before sending item back. I will not refund any shipping cost only the cost of the auction & the item must be sent back in the same package that was sent in. I will not refund money for damage or lost items, that is what insurance is for and it is buyer responible to purchase insurance if they want their item cover for lost or damage.
