The mechanical bank works by putting a coin on the top of the tree stump and push down the wolf's tail and the squirrel pops up out of the tree stump and the wolf's mouth opens and the coins slides down into the wolf and then into the bottom of the bank. The bank is in working order with no damage other than some slight rust and paint wear. The bottom metal coin cover is missing.
This bank measures 7 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches long and 3 inches wide. The bottom of the bank si marked with raised letters pat 7.23.1883 hubley. The bank has detail of the ground with grass, flowers, vines around the tree stump and a running white rabbit. I do take checks nad money order for payment as well as paypal. I will combine shipping for multiple auction winners.
